Meditation as a Rest Practice + BONUS: Free 10-Minute Meditation (Beginner Friendly!)

Radical Restoration Season 1 Episode 5

Do you ever feel out of ideas for your rest practice? Meditation is an ancient practice that is still relevant for self-care in today's fast-paced society. Meditation is especially relevant for Black women who are exhausted. Yet, not every Black woman is familiar with it and its benefits. In this episode, we are taking a non-traditional look at meditation as a practice that's not intimidating and something that can be accessible to anyone. Join us as we offer a plethora of ideas for beginners who want to hear more about what meditation is like (we're sharing our personal experiences!); for people who have been practicing for some time who need ideas for switching up their practice; AND as a BONUS for those who are tired and need a FREE meditation to wind down after a long day, this one is for you!
